The High-level About this Position:

The Loop & Tie Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to find new and meaningful ways to use automation to engage with our prospects & customers throughout their customer lifecycle. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be an integral part of scaling our remarkable platform experience in this next phase of our company's growth.

In this dynamic role, you’ll drive impact by balancing your creative & technical know-how to influence the acquisition and nurturing of our prospects & users. As a strong lifecycle architect, you’ll be defining and building the ideal customer journey from initial conversion through to demo or repurchase. Your keen analytical and process management skills will ensure our marketing automation experiences are truly remarkable for our prospects & users.

How you’ll make Loop & Tie amazing:

  • Your passion for lead lifecycle management will help us identify & capitalize on critical milestones in the customer journey to influence buying intent
  • Your expertise in email marketing and understanding of audience segmentation will help us refine and scale our email strategies
  • You’ll work with all members of our Sales & Marketing Teams to develop and implement new programs that reduce friction in the buying process
  • Your skills in marketing automation ongoing analysis will guide us in refining our customer lifecycle frameworks to help our team scale revenue
  • Your ability to manage multiple A/B tests related to subject lines, email copy, layouts, CTAs, etc. will help drive conversion improvements
  • Your comfort in digging into and analyzing our email marketing & nurturing data on an ongoing basis will help us optimize our initiatives and educate internal stakeholders
  • Your thoughtful approach to internal communication will ensure your stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, & Account Management are informed and involved in new initiatives
  • Your data driven approach to lead acquisition, scoring, & nurturing will help build strong conversion paths for our prospects & users

How you will up-level Loop & Tie:

  • You have 4+ years in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, and/or Conversion Rate Optimization
  • A demonstrated track record of organization & cross-functional alignment
  • Proven experience in delivering top notch, scalable marketing experiences
  • A knowledge of internal business systems such as Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), Google Suite, Google Analytics, & Slack
  • An expertise in Marketing Automation Tools (HubSpot preferable) & Customer Data Platforms (Segment preferable)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS coding for emails builds is a plus, but not required
  • Impeccable communication skills particularly with people who have varying areas of expertise than yours
  • The ability to adjust rapidly to the changing demands & priorities of our team

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to drive multiple initiatives at once
