We’re looking for a Director of Legal to provide broad corporate start-up support while centering our ethos of using business as an engine for progressing social and environmental initiatives.

Loop & Tie is looking for an Executive Assistant to not only support its executive team, but to provide support for the team at large, leading initiatives to grow and maintain the company’s strong culture as it continues to grow. Responsibilities will range from organizing and communicating key information on behalf of the CEO, to liaising with HR to ensure Loop & Tie’s new hires have the best onboarding experience possible.

Maximize the value our executive team & company creates by:

  • Performing calendar and inbox management for Loop & Tie’s executive team
  • Communicating with external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team
  • Partnering with the HR department to support onboarding tasks
  • Managing company-wide accounts
  • Facilitating team building activities
  • Leading initiatives that help build and maintain company culture
  • Completing miscellaneous projects for the leadership team, such as collecting and organizing information, compiling reports, building presentations, etc.
  • Handling company mail
  • Making travel arrangements including airfare, lodging, and transportation


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Passion for team building and company culture
  • Excellent calendar management skills
  • Proficient in G-Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Handles ambiguity well
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Willingness to live in the greater Austin, TX metropolitan area
